Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and our system is designed to be fully HIPAA-compliant. Each practice's data is completely isolated — no shared infrastructure, no co-mingled data.
How does pricing work for multiple TMS devices?
Your base subscription of $150/month covers one TMS device and unlimited connected computers running QuickStim. Each additional TMS device you connect to your cloud environment is $75/month. For example, a practice with 3 TMS devices would pay $300/month ($150 base + $75 × 2 additional devices). There is no limit on the number of computers connected at any tier. Each cloud environment supports up to 5 TMS devices.
Can I start with one device and add more later?
Absolutely. Most practices start with a single TMS device on the $150/month base plan. As your practice grows, simply contact us to add devices at $75/month each. Your existing data and configurations carry over seamlessly.
How long does setup take?
Typical implementation takes 2–3 business days from purchase. Creating your dedicated cloud environment takes 1–2 business days, and configuring each device takes approximately 1–2 hours. Our team guides you through the entire process.
What software do I need?
Brain Ultimate Cloud works through QuickStim, the same software used to operate your TMS device. QuickStim version 3.3.8 or higher is required for cloud connectivity. Your staff already knows the interface — no new software to learn.
